With the support of YEP Mentors, Aliek is thriving in high school, is a member of ROTC, runs track on his high school team and thanks to generous donors joined other kids on a Wilderness Adventures camping trip to Wyoming this summer. YEP Mentors changes the trajectory of young people’s lives with dedicated mentoring and care that incorporates the entire family, school visits, assistance with basic needs and help setting and achieving personal goals with integrity. “YEP is like a family,” Aliek said, “It’s a symbol of hope and peace.”
