Ke'Daryl, 18

Ke’Daryl plans to own a welding business, so while a senior in high school, he joined YEP Works to help him prepare for his future. He is now enrolled in a welding program. YEP Works transforms lives by providing young people with practical skills and opportunities for growth. Our bike shop and thrift store offer hands-on training, allowing participants to earn stipends while developing essential social and emotional skills.  “I learned a lot of things about business, including the importance of responsibility and accountability,” said Ke’Daryl, “but the best thing I learned is that I have a shot at anything I want to do.”
