YEP Works: Career Exploration in Action

YEP Works participants recently visited T. Parker Host’s Avondale facility, where they learned about the company, explored career opportunities, and heard directly from professionals about their own career journeys. Conversations like these allow participants to ask questions, learn about different workforce opportunities and pathways, and begin to envision how their own interests and skills might translate into a future career.

During Staff Appreciation Week, we celebrated the YEP Works team for the dedication they bring to this work every day. Their guidance, encouragement, and commitment help participants build skills, set goals, navigate new experiences, and take meaningful steps toward their next steps.

Are you interested in connecting with YEP Works this fall? Join us for a Super Saturday Sale on Saturday, October 17, from 9 AM to 1 PM. Stop by Bike Works or Thrift Works  to shop and support YEP!

Do you know someone ages 16–24 who’s ready to hone their skills, explore career possibilities, and take the next step? A new cohort begins in early November! Send them our way to learn more and apply here.
